Bought this tool a few months ago. I own a flooring business and use this stair tool frequently. Best stair tool I’ve come across. It’s rigid, holds its form, and performs as expected. It just works.. what more can you ask. Can use it for the tread or the riser.Anyways, I lost one of the pins that sets the tread depth. I emailed their customer service and Juan sent me a couple replacement pins with a hand written note, no questions asked. It’s nice to come across top notch customer service.
