Graphic Designer

This position is for a Graphic Designer, who will work under our amazing lead graphic designer, Dayan, who has set us up with a fantastic brand foundation and is genuinely one of the most talented creative individuals I've ever met.
We are seeking a part-time employee who can commit scheduled time each week working alongside our team on current projects. We aren't looking for freelance or contract work. This position is hybrid, based out of our St. Pete workshop, so applicants should live close enough to come into the office to work and collaborate.
What you'd help with:
- Product design: Contribute to the development of our products from an industrial design perspective, including creation of our laser engraved designs
- Product photography: Capture photos to be used as our main product gallery images, as well as other promotional material
- Packaging design: Design the ornamental printing applied to our product packaging
- Copywriting: Great copywriting skills are a huge plus
- Web page design (graphics only): Continue to build and improve our current websites
- Social: Updating social media pages, and designing + publishing content for Instagram and Facebook
- Video and photos: Taking product photos and editing them, occasionally coming into our machine shop for social content
- Marketing collateral: Work alongside our advertising manager to generate ad creative for Facebook and Instagram ads — usually adapting social content with graphics and callouts for ads
- Perspective and brains: Providing input in product development discussions, marketing planning, and general business chat — being an active part of the team, which includes telling us (kindly) when one of our ideas is stupid
